  • Coordinate with content, design & editing teams.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency & timely delivery of content.
  • Contribute to channel growth via marathons, motivational talks, special sessions.
  • Track YouTube analytics (views, retention, CTR) to improve delivery.
  • Adapt teaching for both live-stream & recorded formats.
  • Incorporate student feedback for continuous improvement.
