Role: Senioir Paid Search Analyst Years of Experience: 4-6 years Job Location: Bangalore (Indiranagar) Work Type: Hybrid Shift Timing : 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM Notice Period : Looking for candidate who can join us immediate to 15 days We are investing in expanding our Digital Team with some key roles. The Senior Paid Search Analyst would be responsible for running large online SEM advertising campaigns for UK/European clients on Google and Bing Ad platforms. The individual will be responsible for planning, optimizing, and analyzing campaign performance based on client objectives. He/she may eventually also manage a team based on his/her capabilities and performance. Primary Duties: Manage paid marketing campaigns based on the agreed-upon strategic direction provided by the US/UK team members. Ensure campaign setup and delivery is aligned with the tactical plan and offer strategic and tactical recommendations to help shape future planning. Optimize media campaigns towards the target KPIs within various advertising platforms, including but not limited to: Google Ad Words Microsoft Advertising Required Skills: At least 4 years of experience and ability to build Paid Search/PPC campaign strategies based on client goals and objectives. Expertise in building and optimizing campaigns, keyword lists, extensions etc. Proficient in writing and testing ad copy. Experience with Google Ad Words Editor. Ability to develop budget projections and pace campaigns based on monthly budgets. Experience with bidding tools and strategies. Excellent English language skills (both written and verbal) as the role involves working and communicating with teams in the US. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Must be able to understand and analyze marketing campaigns data. Strong Excel skills including formulas, filtering, pivot tables, and trending charts development. Reporting will be an essential element of the day-to-day job. Knowledge of online business marketing principals (Impressions, clicks, conversions, ROI, Cost per Acquisition). Preferred Skills: Working knowledge of one or more third party tools like Double Click and Omniture. Experience in running Google Shopping campaigns. Macros and introductory Visual Basic. Personal Characteristics: Self-Starter Ability to take a set of directions and complete the task at hand, giving any insight you might have come across while working on the project. Ability to move quickly and proactively for client success in a deadline-driven environment. Team-Player – Who can work within a dynamic team but also get work done individually. Managerial skills – Who can lead by example while being a mentor. Analytical, problem solver, collaborative, strategic, results-oriented, and multi-task oriented. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize projects based on business needs. Keen eye for detail and interest in Internet trends. Ability to quickly pick up new concepts Willingness to try something new with limited experience and/or direction Ability to communicate effectively to overseas based counterparts
