JobBrief We are seeking a dynamic Marketing managerto take charge of all marketing initiatives including social mediadigital campaigns advertising and creative projects. He/She will beresponsible for creating strategic plans to establish and enhanceour brand presence allocating resources to different projects andsetting both shortterm and longterm goals for the department. Weare looking for a talented marketing strategist who can inspireteam members and drive success. In this role you will lead ourMarketing initiatives to maximize profitability and enhancecompetitiveness in the market.KeyResponsibilities: Craft strategies for all Marketing teamsincluding Digital Advertising Communications andCreative Prepare and manage monthlyquarterly and annual budgets for the Marketingdepartment Deploy successful marketingcampaigns and own their implementation from ideation toexecution Design branding positioning andpricing strategies Ensure our brand messageis strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts(like events email campaigns web pages and promotionalmaterial) Monitor competition (acquisitionspricing changes and new products andfeatures) Coordinate sales and marketingefforts to boost brand awareness Buildstrategic relationships and partner with key industry playersagencies and vendors Measure and report onthe performance of marketing campaigns gain insight and assessagainst goals Analyse consumer behavior andadjust email and advertising campaignsaccordinglyRequirements andskills Demonstrable experience in marketingtogether with the potential and attitude required tolearn Proven experience in identifyingtarget audiences and in creatively devising and leadingacrosschannels marketing campaigns that engage educate andmotivate Solid knowledge of websiteanalytics tools and CRM software Experiencein setting up and optimizing Google AdWordscampaigns Numerically literate comfortableworking with numbers making sense of metrics and processing figureswith spreadsheets A sense of aesthetics anda love for great copy and wittycommunication Leadership skills with theability to set and prioritize goals Uptodatewith the latest trends and best practices in online marketing andmeasurement
