Role DescriptionThe Lean Co. is seeking a Catalog Manager for a full-time on-site role in Mumbai. The Catalog Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to catalog management, including organizing and maintaining product listings, updating pricing information, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date product descriptions on various Ecommerce Marketplaces & Shopify. The Catalog Manager will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless catalog operations and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Daily TasksBrand Approval on leading marketplacesSingle and Bulk Listings on New platformsEnsure smooth integration between OMS, Courier Aggregator, Website, Marketplace etcMake daily changes wrt Inventory, Offer, Pricing etc. to the listingCompetition benchmarking w.r.t. Pricing, Offers, Keywords, Listing etc.Create Offers Deals, Coupons etc. on Shopify and various MarketplacesA+ CataloguingMaintaining Brand Store on MarketplacesGrouping -> Parent - ChildChange pricing as per Amazon / Flipkart costing monthly / quarterly updatesEnsure Listing Quality Dashboard is free from issuesHandle Search Suppressed and Inactive Listings other listing quality issues on market placesVarious Business and Listing Quality ReportsEnsure Catalogue Quality Score on MarketplacesCoordinate with seller support to resolve various issues

SalaryCTC from Rs. 4,50,000/-

Rs. 6,50,000/-Work Days: Monday to SaturdayWork Timings: 9 am to 6 pm OR 10 am to 7 pm

SkillsWell versed with excel especially basic formulae like Vlookup, Trim, Count, Sum, If conditions, Concat, Min-Max, Replace, Substitute, Left-Right-Mid, Average, Pivot etc.
