Should be very excellent with Job portals like Naukri & LinkedIn Reporting and Relationship Management: Provide regular updates on sourcing activities and act as a main point of contact for clients and recruiters. Key Requirements: Strong Research Skills: Ability to quickly execute research techniques and uncover hidden talent. Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for candidate engagement and client interaction. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with various sourcing tools and platforms. Performance Indicators: Timely completion of sourcing assignments. Consistent achievement of monthly scorecards. Development of effective search strings and research strategies.
