Job Description :


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Security Consultant with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion Security and extensive expertise in implementing security solutions for Oracle Fusion applications.

As an Oracle Fusion Security Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing security policies, roles, and privileges to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of organizational data.

Responsibilities :

Security Policy Design :


- Design and develop security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with organizational security standards and industry regulations.

Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) :


- Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) mechanisms to manage user access to Oracle Fusion applications.

- Define roles, privileges, and permissions based on job responsibilities and organizational hierarchy.

User Provisioning and De-provisioning :


- Develop automated processes for user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access management.

- Ensure timely provisioning and removal of user access as per organizational requirements.

Security Configuration :


- Configure and customize security settings in Oracle Fusion applications to meet business requirements and mitigate security risks.

- Implement encryption, authentication, and authorization mechanisms to protect sensitive data.

Security Auditing and Monitoring :


- Implement logging and monitoring mechanisms to track user activities, system events, and security incidents.

- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate security threats.

Identity Management Integration :


- Integrate Oracle Fusion applications with Identity Management systems for centralized user authentication and access control.

- Implement Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions to streamline user authentication across multiple applications.

Security Compliance :


- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX.

- Stay updated on security standards and best practices to maintain a secure environment.

Incident Response and Remediation :


- Develop incident response procedures and protocols to address security incidents and breaches.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to investigate security incidents and implement remediation measures.

Qualifications :

- 3 to 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Security with a focus on implementing security solutions for Oracle Fusion applications.

- Strong understanding of security concepts, principles, and best practices.

- Hands-on experience in configuring security policies, roles, and privileges in Oracle Fusion applications.

- Proficiency in Identity Management integration and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.

- Experience in security auditing, monitoring, and incident response.

- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve security issues.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
