Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Flutter Developer with a strong backend knowledge to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of professional experience in developing mobile applications with Flutter, a solid understanding of backend technologies, server management, and a working knowledge of basic Google policies. You will work on both mobile application development and server-side logic to create seamless user experiences while ensuring robust and scalable backend systems.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Flutter Mobile Development:
  • Develop, test, and deploy mobile applications using Flutter.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement beautiful, responsive, and efficient designs.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code while following best practices.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of mobile applications.
  • Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance and fix bugs.


  • Backend Development:
  • Design, implement, and maintain backend services using technologies like Node.js, Python, or other server-side frameworks.
  • Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to design efficient data storage and retrieval systems.
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs & GraphQL to support mobile application functionalities.
  • Ensure data consistency, security, and high availability of backend systems.


  • Server Management and Cloud Integration:
  • Manage servers, databases, and APIs, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Utilize cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Firebase, or Google Cloud) for server hosting and management.
  • Implement and manage serverless architecture using Google Cloud Functions or similar services.


  • Collaboration and Code Review:
  • Collaborate with frontend, design, and product teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality, performance, and security standards.
  • Share knowledge and mentor junior developers, ensuring a collaborative work environment.


  • Compliance with Google Policies:
  • Ensure that mobile applications meet Google Play Store policies and guidelines.
  • Integrate basic Google services such as Firebase, Google Analytics, and Google APIs while ensuring compliance with Google's terms and conditions.
  • Stay updated on changes to Google Play Store policies, Google API updates, and best practices for mobile apps.
Qualifications:


  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in full-stack Flutter development.
  • Proven experience working with backend technologies (Node.js, Django, Go, Python, Java, or other server-side technologies).
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, and deploying mobile applications with Flutter.
  • Strong experience in building and integrating RESTful APIs & GraphQL .
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud , AWS , or Firebase .


  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Flutter and Dart programming language.
  • Strong knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, Django, Go, Python, Java, etc.), server management, and cloud computing.
  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git and GitHub.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines , automated testing, and deployment processes.


  • Frontend and UX/UI Knowledge:
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and how to implement them within mobile apps.
  • Ability to optimize app performance and ensure a smooth user experience on both Android and iOS devices.


  • Other Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and should be accountable of assigned projects; can write documentation.


  • Google/ Apple Policies and Compliance:
  • Understanding of basic Google Play Store/ Apple Store policies and guidelines for mobile apps.
  • Familiarity with Google’s API services, including Google Firebase, Google Maps, Google Analytics, and OAuth.
  • Adherence to privacy and data protection policies as per Google/ Apple guidelines.


Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Knowledge of Google Cloud Functions and serverless architectures.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes .
  • Understanding of microservices architecture .
