Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Associate at Application Ally in Pune. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for tasks related to communication, market research, sales, marketing, and project management on a day-to-day basis. The Marketing Associate will report directly to the Marketing Manager.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Assist in developing engaging and informative content for various channels, including the website, blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Design: Create visually appealing digital design content using Canva or other design software.
  • Social Media Management: Help plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends and industry developments to help enhance our online presence.
  • Offline Marketing: Assist in organizing and coordinating offline marketing activities, such as distributing pamphlets and putting up posters with the business development team.
  • Advertising Support: Contribute to the development and implementation of targeted advertising campaigns aimed at prospective students, parents, and educational institutions
  • Performance Tracking: Help monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts to ensure they are optimized for maximum impact.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions team to support marketing strategies that align with enrollment goals.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in marketing, preferably within the education sector, is a plus.
  • Design Skills: Proficiency in Canva or other design software for creating digital content.
  • Marketing Skills: Strong interest in and knack for marketing, with a creative mindset.
  • Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organization: Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
