We Are Hiring:Senior Graphic Designer (Immediate Joiners Only)Experience:3–4 yearsWorking Model:HybridAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer who is strong in design fundamentals and highly proficient in AI-powered design tools. The ideal candidate will manage design projects, collaborate with a fast-paced creative and marketing team, and deliver high-quality visual content across digital, print, and packaging.Key Responsibilities (Folks, please read this carefully)- Create visually compelling graphics for websites, ads, social media, product packaging, and print materials.- Develop design assets using AI tools for image creation, enhancement, and styling.- Build branding assets including logos, typography systems, color palettes, and brand guidelines.- Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to produce cohesive and on-brand visuals.- Design marketing collateral such as brochures, banners, newsletters, presentations, and promotional content.- Use video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects) to create simple motion graphics or basic edits when required.- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and creative technologies to improve design processes.- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines consistently.What We’re Looking For- Minimum 3 years of experience in a design or digital agency.- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).- Experience with video editing software (Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro).- High proficiency in AI design tools.- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual communication.- A portfolio showcasing design work and AI-generated creative projects.- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a creative field.- Proficiency in AI tools, Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Experience with both print and digital media.hare your resume, portfolio, or any other shareable marketing/design collateral atAt Talk & Target, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive and joyful environment for all employees.
