Job Title: Accountant (CA Qualified)Location: PuneCompany Overview: Mobihive Labs Limited is a dynamic and growing organization seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage financial reporting, cash flow analysis, and group company balance sheets. We use cutting-edge accounting tools to streamline financial operations and ensure compliance with industry standards.Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Accountant (CA Qualified) with a minimum of 3 years of experience to manage financial accounting, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with accounting software like Tally and be proficient in preparing cash flow statements, profit & loss (P&L) accounts, and consolidated balance sheets for group companies.Key Responsibilities:• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including P&L accounts, cash flow statements, and balance sheets for group companies.• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure proper bookkeeping.• Utilize Tally and other accounting software for financial data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax filings, and financial audits.• Handle accounts payable/receivable and oversee reconciliation of bank statements.• Provide financial insights and reports to management for strategic decision-making.• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.Qualifications & Skills:• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and auditing.• Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software.• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.• Experience in preparing group company balance sheets and cash flow statements.• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:• Experience working in a multi-entity or group company structure.• Knowledge of financial management tools and ERP systems.• Familiarity with regulatory and tax compliance frameworks.Why Join Us?• Work in a professional and growth-oriented environment.• Competitive salary and benefits package.• Opportunities for career advancement and skill enhancement.• Collaborative and supportive workplace culture.
