Service Engineer  Designation : - Service Engineer Education : - Diploma / PG Diploma in Plastic / Tooling / CIPET Experience: - 4-5 years with Tool Making / Tool Maintenance / Injection moulding Process & Mold Try-outs with troubleshooting. Job Location : - Pune Must Have: - Driver's license and Two-Wheeler Job Description: - • Perform service activities like rework, modifications, repairs and installation of hot runner systems, and test them to ensure they are working correctly • Provide technical support and training at customer site on how to use and maintain the system. • Perform maintenance and provide customer support. • Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them. • Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed. • Explain issues with HRS systems and repairs to customers • Establish and develop a strong working relationship with customer. He will represent our company in the field. • Comply with all safety procedures and policies established • Actively interface with customers at all levels.
