About the Job

As an Outreach Specialist at our Franciscan company, you will be responsible for driving growth through targeted lead generation and client relationship management. You will use your expertise in inside sales to effectively communicate our value proposition and sales strategy to potential clients.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Identify and target potential leads through various channels.

  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent communication and follow-up.

  3. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

  4. Utilize CRM tools to track and manage client interactions and sales performance.

  5. Act as a brand ambassador, representing our company in a professional and positive manner.

  6. Meet and exceed sales targets by converting leads into loyal customers.

  7. Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies through feedback and training.

Working days:
6 Days (Monday to Saturday)

Note:
1 Year bond is to be signed.
There will be 10 days of unpaid training.
