PrimaryResponsibilities:

• Responsiblefor Project Management of the implementation of MDM & DGtool
• Evaluateand implement right MDM DQ DGtools
• Assistthe data stewards and owners to prioritize MDM and DG use case forimplementation
• Responsibleto create and publish GoldenRecord
• Maintain/Provisionthe creation of Master datarecord
• Maintenanceand retirement of master datarecords
• Accountableand responsible for rolling out frameworks policies processes andstandards for MDM & DGareas
• Communicatenew DG initiatives andstandards
• Coordinatedata integration and synchronize efforts across multiple businessprocesses systems and application for datamanagement
• Executetraining and awareness plan for Data Governancerollout
• Work with DG& MDM lead to periodically review and updatedefined frameworks policies standards andprocesses
• Collaboratewith Business and IT team to perform MDM & DG programactivities
• Documentbusiness processes and workflows for Master DataDomains
• Responsibleto define DQ dimensions DQ rules and mapped those rule to DQdimensions
• Conductperiodic DQ profiling for issue identification andreporting
• Implementationof DG tool activities including Business glossary Data dictionaryDataLineage
• Responsibleto implement DG standards for technical datasets of theirrespectiveapplications
• Responsibleto maintain and enhance metadata for technical data assets of theirrespectiveapplications
• Ensureto advocate for Data Governance best practices within ITteams

Education : BE Bachelors degree in ComputerScience/IT

SpecializedKnowledge:

• 8years of experience in MDM & DG including toolimplementations
• Understandbusiness and implement Data quality rules in DQtool
• Adaptin core MDM areas such as Match Merge Survivorship Trust ScoresHierarchy and External Match
• Proficiencyin data modeling data integration and ETLprocesses
• Preferredexperience working on SAP ECC Salesforce S/4 HANA Stibo MSSQL
• Experiencein operationalization of MDM & DG programs in ApparelIndustry
• Indepthknowledge of data governance data quality and data securityprinciples.
• Familiaritywith relevant data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPRCCPA).
• Soundknowledge on endtoend Data Governance framework and industrypractices.
• Preferredexperience in Apparelindustry
• Preferredcertifications in DG frameworks such as DAMA DCAM etc.Certificationin MDM or relatedfields
• Strongunderstanding of DG processes andstandards
• Atleast 5 years of experience in Technology implementation projectspreferably in Apparelindustry
