About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency in Tally software, and the ability to manage day-to-day financial tasks with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining accurate books of accounts.

Record day-to-day financial transactions.

Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable entries.

Assist with preparation of GST, TDS, and tax-related filings.

Support in bank reconciliation and ledger management.

Assist in generating financial reports as per company requirements.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Provide support to the senior accountant in audits and month-end closing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / Equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.

0 to 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.

Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.

Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.

Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and Bank Reconciliation (preferred).

Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).

Good communication and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
