Job Description :


Eleventh Dimension Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP ABAP Consultant to join our team remotely and work with one of our esteemed clients.

You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying custom solutions within SAP systems.

This is a full-time, remote position.

Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ABAP development.

Develop and maintain complex ABAP programs, including :

- ALV Reports for data visualization and analysis.

- User Exits to customize standard SAP functionality.

- Business Application Programming Interfaces (BAPIs) for data exchange between SAP and external systems.

- IDocs (Intermediate Documents) for electronic data interchange.

- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts for modular and reusable code.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, developers, testers) throughout the development lifecycle.

- Implement and support SAP solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Participate in knowledge transfer and mentor junior developers.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in SAP ABAP technology.

Technical Skills & Experience :

6+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.

- Proven experience in developing end-to-end OData data services and CDS views.

- Experience using ABAP 7.5 or higher.

- Strong understanding of ABAP performance tuning and optimization techniques.

- Solid foundation in object-oriented programming principles (classes, inheritance, polymorphism).

- Experience developing classes end-to-end.

- Experience with custom code migration from ECC to S/4HANA.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

- Ability to work within a defined timeframe and meet deadlines.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Team player with a collaborative mindset.

- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.
