ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement financial strategies in line with the company's goals and objectives.Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts.Management of the month end process and activities across the India teamManage the budgeting process and ensure financial targets are met.Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and financial risks.Processing of invoice approval and the payment run.Close collaboration with the Zug finance team including CFO and Deputy CFO.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions on a local India levelLead and develop a high-performing finance team in India.Provide financial analysis and guidance to senior management.Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation.Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Experience / Requirements10+ years of experience with CA BackgroundA stellar track record of success in running a well-controlled and well managed finance team.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas.Exceptional problem-solving skills, critical thinking ability, and a knack for data-driven decision-making.A passion for innovation and an unwavering commitment to excellenceFinance-focused with experience leading finance teams.Experience in engagement management, business, practice, and people development.Ability to concurrently manage multiple objectives.Expertise in analytics, forecasting, and finance technologiesExperience leading projects/teams and the ability to lead key requirement workshops with clients.
