Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.Manage and create engaging content for various social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and othersSchedule and publish posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.Monitor, track, and report on performance metrics (e.g., likes, shares, impressions, clicks) and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure the brand's presence remains relevant.Work with influencers, brand ambassadors, and other external collaborators to expand reach and engagement.Assist in paid social media campaigns, including boosting posts and managing budgets.Continuously research the competition and adapt strategies to stay competitive.Coordinate social media calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns.Should be able to script engaging reels that connect with a brand's target audience.Willingness to appear in reels when required.

Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role.Solid knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a bonus.
