Physiotherapist (MPT)

Job Description

We at Stance Health are seeking physiotherapist to join our team and assist patients with physical difficulties through therapy and treatment. Physiotherapists play a crucial role in aiding patients' recovery and improving their overall well being. Proficiency in physiotherapy treatments, excellent interpersonal skills, and superior administrative abilities are essential for success in this role. Ultimately, we are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others, possesses excellent organisational skills, and can collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments with patients to identify their physical challenges and determine appropriate treatment programs.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust or modify treatments as necessary Support senior Healthcare professional and Physiotherapists in improving their practice
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as Occupational Therapists and General Practitioners, and refer patients as required.
• Engage families and caregivers in the patient's treatment plan and care delivery.
• Maintain accurate patient case notes and reports.
• Stay updated on new physiotherapy technologies and techniques.
• Initiate and participate in evidence-based treatment plan to enhance patient care quality
• Adhere to government physiotherapy regulations

Qualifications and Preferred Experience Standard

• BPT or MPT from a Tier-1 reputed institute
• 1-2years of practical physiotherapy experience working with MSK/Ortho patients
• Strong understanding of physiology and anatomy and bio-mechanics
