Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Barista role located in Bengaluru. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, taking customer orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include operating coffee machines, maintaining cleanliness in the workspace, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Barista and Food Preparation skills
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Customer Service experience
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous experience in a cafe or coffee shop is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
