About the Role:We are looking for a copywriter with 3-5 years of experience to join our marketing team.You will craft compelling and persuasive content tailored to drive customer retention andacquisition. Your work will directly impact key marketing channels, including CRM,performance marketing, and social media, ensuring that our messaging resonates withdiverse audiences and drives measurable results.Job Responsibilities:● Create engaging, on-brand copy for CRM campaigns (including Whats App, emails, pushnotifications, and SMS) to enhance customer engagement and retention.● Develop high-converting ad copy for performance marketing campaigns across digitalplatforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).● Write impactful content for social media posts, stories, and captions to engage existingcustomers and attract new audiences.● Collaborate with marketing, design, business, and product teams to ensure messagingaligns with campaign goals and brand guidelines.● Test, analyze, and optimize copy based on performance metrics and A/B testing results.● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging channels to bringfresh ideas to the table.What we are looking for:● 3-5 years of proven experience in copywriting, preferably in tech, digital, or startupenvironments.● Strong portfolio showcasing diverse writing styles across CRM, performance marketing,and social media.● Strong proficiency in English and Hindi.● Ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive copy tailored to different target audiences.● Understanding of customer retention and acquisition strategies.● Familiarity with A/B testing and performance metrics in marketing campaigns.● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.● Creative thinker with a detail-oriented approach.Preferred Skills:● Experience in fast-paced, high-velocity marketing environments● Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms● Strong cross-functional collaboration skills● Ability to meet strict timelines consistently● Basic understanding of SEO principles and copy optimization for search & conversions
