Requirements

• Degreein Information Technology Software Engineering Computer Science orrelated field

• Professionalcertification in D365 businessapplications

• Proven 4 yearsexperience in leading and delivering end to end solutions usingD365 platform

• Experience inX

• Indepth experience withAzure Platform Power Platform D365 Integration Patterns ObjectOriented Design Test Driven DevelopmentDevOps

• Experience indesigning developing & delivering solutions based on theMicrosoft Azureplatform

• Sound knowledge ofAgile Methodology DevOps Configuration Management and AutomationTools

• Excellentcommunication skills in English both verbally and inwriting

• Strongorganisational and leadershipskills

• Willing to travelabroad whenrequired

Responsibilities

• Ownsthe functional and technical endtoendsolution

• Ensures endtoend solutioncohesion andcorrectness

• Designsand takes responsibility of the governance for an integrated systemthat meets the productowners vision
• Assessesthe systems architecture currently in place and works withtechnical staff to continually improveit

• Provides leadership andguidance to the team throughout the implementation to ensureaccurate delivery of projectplans

• Owns the specifications andrequirements into the systemsarchitecture

• Assiststhe Product Owners / functional resources with requirementsgathering and provides designguidance

• Facilitatesdiscussions with business and technical stakeholders to translatethe critical business requirements and present a technical visionand solutions in the form of software products customizations andintegrations
• Provides regular updates on anydevelopments in systems architectureprojects
• Possesses deep knowledge of theDynamics 365 platform including Finance and Operations with aparticular strength in identifying what can be delivered out of thebox and when it is fitting to use customdevelopment
• Ability to successfully communicatecomplex topics regarding solutions and related projects toaudiences both with and without deep technicalskills
• Maintains knowledge of third partysoftware vendors to leverage complementary offerings andeffectively compare and contrastsolutions
• Provides current best practices andsolution alternatives as part of functional or technical designdocuments

• Communicates effectivelywith clients leads meetings andworkshops

• Devisesscope and owns estimates for sales proposals and statements ofwork
• Researches continuously current andemerging technologies and proposes changes whereneeded
• Is able to assess and compare thebusiness impact of relevant technical implementationoptions
• The Employee is required to follow thefirms Information Security Policies (ISP and ISMP) at alltimes
