Summary:

As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code using Informatica PowerCenter. Your typical day will involve performing maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work for one or more clients in Mumbai.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter.

- Implement data transformations, mappings, and workflows to move data from source systems to target databases or data warehouses.

- Leverage Informatica PowerExchange for capturing changes to data in near real time.

- Set up CDC processes to monitor source tables and replicate changes to target tables or files.

- Ensure synchronization between source and target systems by capturing only the relevant changes.

- Optimize ETL workflows for efficiency and scalability.

- Monitor and fine-tune data pipelines to meet performance requirements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter for ETL workflows.

- Familiarity with Informatica Power Exchange for CDC.

- SQL expertise for data manipulation and querying.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter.

- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions.

- Candidate should be willing to travel to client site located in BKC

- Candidate will have to follow bank working / holiday calendar
