To be successful you will require an active interest and enthusiasm to engage with the Steiner curriculum. Steiner training is desirable but not essential. We support all of our educators to grow and develop their own teaching through ongoing professional learning activities as well as mentoring through Orana’s College of Teachers. APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS To be successful for a position, candidates must have: excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire young people; the skills and attitude to work collaboratively in a dynamic team setting; a willingness to implement, support and promote the School’s Steiner ethos; a strong commitment to student wellbeing; a willingness to be involved in the wider life of the School; and understanding of the Australian Curriculum. You must also: hold a teaching qualification hold ACT TQI registration or Permit to Teach hold a current ACT WwVP registration; and be eligible to work in Australia, unrestricted.
