We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Hybris Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Hybris (Commerce Cloud) development, with a strong background in implementing and managing large-scale e-commerce solutions. This role involves leading technical projects, mentoring junior developers, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative solutions.



Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the development and support of SAP Hybris projects, ensuring timely delivery of solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Oversee full project life cycle from design to implementation and deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and customize enterprise and web applications using Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, and other related technologies.
  • Handle functional and non-functional change requests , including design and implementation of new features, debugging, and resolving technical issues.
  • Integrate SAP Commerce with SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and other third-party systems , ensuring seamless data replication and business process flows.
  • Implement and manage Hybris E-Commerce suite components such as WCMS, HMC, CMS Cockpit, and Solr search configurations.
  • Work on front-end technologies including Spartacus for headless commerce architecture, ensuring optimal user experience.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams , including marketing, CRM, ERP, and support teams, to deliver comprehensive e-commerce solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers , providing guidance and technical support to enhance their skill sets and project contributions.
  • Conduct performance monitoring and optimization using tools like Dynatrace, Jenkins, and Jprofiler to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices in enterprise architecture, system design, integration, testing, and production cutover processes.

Required Skills and Experience :

  • 7+ years of experience in SAP Hybris (Commerce Cloud) development with multiple end-to-end implementations, support, and rollout projects.
  • Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JSP, Servlets, and related web technologies .
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Suite, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SCPI), Datahub, and MuleSoft.
  • Strong understanding of SAP ERP, S/4HANA, Spartacus, and OCC .
  • Experience in payment gateway integration (PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay) and third-party system integration (One-Trust, Twilio).
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams , manage complex projects, and mentor junior developers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills , with a focus on debugging, performance optimization, and system enhancements.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills , with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.

Educational Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering or a related field.
  • SAP Certified Development Professional – SAP Commerce Cloud 1905 Developer.
  • Additional certifications in SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Marketing Cloud are preferred.
