Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist Experience: 2-3 Years Industry: B2 B Saa S Location: On-site (Gurgaon) Apply Only: Immediate Joiners Target Market: USA, UK, India & English-speaking countries Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize our email marketing campaigns for B2 B Saa S products, BPO, AI Agents Services leads focusing on the US, UK, India and other English-speaking markets.  The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building email campaigns , marketing automation, nurturing B2 B leads, and driving engagement and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns for lead generation, nurturing, and customer engagement. Write compelling B2 B email copy aligned with the brand voice. Segment and manage email lists effectively for US, UK, India and English-speaking audiences. Set up automated workflows, drip campaigns, and trigger-based emails. Analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversion) and optimize based on insights. Collaborate with sales & content teams to design campaign strategy. Ensure deliverability best practices and CAN-SPAM/GDPR compliance. A/B test subject lines, content, send times, and CTAs. Report weekly & monthly campaign performance metrics. Work with tools like Hub Spot, Mailchimp, Active Campaign, Klaviyo, or similar platforms. Requirements: 2-3 years of proven experience in B2 B Saa S Email Marketing. Strong understanding of US & UK audience behavior and communication style. Expertise in email marketing platforms & automation tools. Excellent copywriting & communication skills in English. Strong analytical skills & experience working with data-driven insights. Knowledge of email deliverability, segmentation & personalization strategies. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic HTML/CSS for emails is a plus. Ability to handle multiple campaigns and tight deadlines. Preferred Tools: Hub Spot / Mailchimp / Active Campaign / Klaviyo / Pardot Google Analytics / UTM Tracking Canva / Figma (for basic design requirements) Excel / Google Sheets (for reporting & data analysis) Basic Knowledge to Have: Experience in Saa S B2 B Demand Generation Campaigns. Exposure to Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies. Basic knowledge of Salesforce, Zoho, or other CRMs. Knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and privacy laws.
