Responsibilities
Represent Implementation team from offshore
Trigger Environment delivery emails to the customer
Enable customer access to required portals and training applications as part of onboarding
Interact with Development and Onsite Implementation team to finalize the delivery dates for all the environments
Sending out weekly status updates to the team with status of deliverables
Collect and gather all the required information for third party integrations as part of customer on-boarding
Always think and find ways to improve efficiency of internal/external processes
Align with the team’s goals and actively contribute towards that
Always think in terms of automation of daily mundane tasks and come up with automation ideas and propose to the Development team.
Adhere to the defined process and propose process changes (if needed)
Adopt the automated workflow defined in Deriviz (Internal automation platform to run Implementation process)
Skills and Qualifications
0-4 years of experience as PMO
Basic understanding of SQL Server is an asset.
Business process re‐engineering and project management skills.
Creative and self‐motivated with strong problem‐solving skills (out-of-the-box thinking).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Expertise with common productivity tools such as Word & Excel.
Ability to multitask on different projects.
Understanding of US Healthcare Industry is an asset.
Ability to empathize with our customers and our team
Flexibility to work in shifts (UK/US)
