Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Delivery Manager located in Hyderabad. The Delivery Manager will manage & develop Product engineering, software delivery & successful implementation for growing needs of ZestIoT Aviation business for global customer. Role will involve Customer engagement, delivery governance, stake holder expectations management, capability enhancement, large scale implementation & nurture talent. As a leader, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project(s) delivery while keeping control on quality, timelines, cost & risk management.


Qualifications

Minimum Criteria:  

  1. Own multiple projects for end-to-end delivery within time, quality & cost 
  2. Managed multiple deliveries/managers for large project implementation 
  3. Proven experience of establishing good practices, principles & methodologies of Project Management 

Other requirements:  

  • Established continuous improvements, innovation & feedback to product team on technology, solution 
  • Flexible in taking responsibilities around Projects, supporting BD team on proposal, customer Engagements 
  • Established projects & programs reporting, continuous improvement, communication & stake holder management  
  • Usage of various tools and reporting structure to manage the delivery structure effectively 
  • External client Interaction & communication, Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders 
  • People & team management – direct & matrix organization for project delivery 
  • Stake holder management – across different levels right up to CXO, manage their expectations 
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors  
  • Proactive risks, issues & dependencies management  
  • Manage projects using agile/scrum, waterfall, overlap methodology  
  • Developing comprehensive project plan, tracking, reporting & management  
  • Understand Hardware networks, IOT /CV/ AI-HW and demonstrating the same to the external clients 
  • Contribute & lead Proposals / Engineering Solution,  support BD team for RFP
