Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) located in Sriperumbudur. The GET will assist in the design, development, and production processes, ensuring that all components meet quality and efficiency standards. Daily tasks include data analysis, process monitoring, coordination with different departments, troubleshooting production issues, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of design and development processes for metal components
  • Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data
  • Problem-solving skills and experience in troubleshooting production issues
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Sriperumbudur
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with CAD software and manufacturing process simulations is a plus
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement projects
