The candidate will be responsible for implementingand supporting cybersecurity solutions in Operational Technology (OT) environments, including ICS/SCADA systems. This is a hands-on technical role with an emphasis onsolution design, deployment, and monitoring for critical infrastructure clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement cybersecurity solutions tailored to OT environments, including industrial networks, SCADA systems, PLCs, and HMIs.Conduct OT network assessments, threat modelling, and gap analysis for industrial control systems.Deploy and configure OT-specific cybersecurity tools, including network segmentation, anomaly detection, asset visibility, and protocol analysis solutions.Collaborate with IT, plant operations, and security teams to integrate OT and IT cybersecurity initiatives.Develop and maintain documentation, including architectures, risk assessments, compliance reports, and incident response procedures.Support compliance and audit requirements for frameworks such as NCIIPC’s CAF, IEC 62443, ISO 27001, and sector-specific regulations.Stay current with emerging OT threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation techniques.Assist in incident detection and response activities in OT environments.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Security, or a related technical field.10-15 years of experience in cybersecurity with at least 4-8 years of direct OT security experience.Familiarity with ICS/SCADA systems, PLC/DCS devices, MODBUS, DNP3, PROFINET , or other industrial protocols.Hands-on experience with tools such as:Nozomi Networks, Claroty, Dragos, Tenable.OTFirewall/IPS configuration for OT (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet)Asset inventory & network monitoring in OTSIEM integration between IT & OT systemsStrong understanding of network architecture, segmentation (ISA/IEC 62443 zones & conduits), and industrial DMZs.Relevant Certifications preferred:GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443, CISSP, CEH, or equivalentStrong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and documentation skillsWhy Join FLUIDECH?Join a growing, award-winning company recognized for excellence in cybersecurity.Work alongside a passionate, innovative team focused on cutting-edge technologies.Lead strategic client relationships and high-impact deals.Be part of an organization that values transparency, trust, and growth.Benefits:Competitive compensation with performance-based incentivesHealth insurance and wellness programsTraining and certification support in relevant technologies and frameworksOpportunities for professional growth and internal career advancementDynamic and collaborative work environmentRegular team outings, recognition programs, and knowledge-sharing sessionsExposure to high-impact projects across diverse industry sectors
