We're currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, ETL Automation Tester with SQL - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: ETL Tester with SQL - C11) based in Pune , India. In this role, you're expected to:

• Formulate and define systems scope and project objectives through research activities
• Analyze business client needs and document requirements by utilizing business analysis procedures and concepts
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you'd ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• 4-8 Years of hands-on experience in ETL Automation Testing
• ETL Testing: Validate data transformations, data quality, and data integrity throughout the ETL pipelines.
• SQL Expertise: Write complex "SQL queries" to verify data correctness and perform thorough back-end testing of databases.
• Test Planning & Execution: Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test reports. Perform both functional and non-functional testing.
• Defect Tracking: Identify, log, and track defects in collaboration with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, data engineers, and product owners to understand requirements and improve overall product quality.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest testing tools, methodologies, and best practices to enhance the automation testing framework.
• Tableau Bi Visualization tool experience is good to have
