The Opportunity: MDM Engineer Objectives/Purpose: Collaborate on MDM Strategy for various Business Units and Business Functions. Partner with countries and key business stakeholders to identify changes in business and draft end user stories. Consult with architects, key business stakeholders, service providers, and IT management in design, planning, integration, expansion, problem determination, and resolution. Take ownership of innovation through sustain, product release & strategy, including third-party providers. Drive investigations, gain support, and implement MDM technologies that can provide business value. Accountabilities: Define business outcomes for various MDM initiatives and establish baseline metrics. Review the end-to-end design and architecture of Informatica MDM solutions, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and SMEs. Create and present solution architecture blueprints, design documents, and technical presentations. Provide technical leadership during implementation, guiding development teams to ensure solutions meet architectural standards. Evaluate new Informatica MDM capabilities and recommend their adoption. Collaborate with cross-functional and multinational teams to enable seamless data exchange and system capabilities. Develop integration patterns for batch and near real-time integrations with applications. Preferred Education, Behavioral Competencies, and Skills: Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field & 4+ years of experience in working with MDM technologies and solution design. Hands-on experience with configuring Informatica SaaS offering. Certification on Informatica MDM SaaS offering is a plus. Understanding of data modeling concepts for SaaS platforms. Knowledge of integration technologies such as REST and messaging protocols. Ability to customize and configure Informatica MDM applications. Experience as a solution architect in the healthcare professional domain is preferred. Understanding of healthcare data, HCP data sets, and data management concepts. Experience in facilitating workshops and conducting requirements gathering sessions. Good understanding of data governance principles and data quality practices.
