Sales coordinator

The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for customers and sales team. This candidate will keep schedules, provide feedback, documentation and information in order to facilitate team activity. They will also work closely with sales teams to maximize performance.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate sales teamsTake inbound, outbound, and blended calls, answer questions, and document activities in the CRM softwareMake outbound calls to prospects and clientsAssist with sales activities, documenting leads, and managing databasesPrepare and execute proposals and quotationsWork with sales team and assist them to help them to convert the stages in the sales process faster and bring it to closure stage fasterPerform other duties as assignedAttend clients visiting the experience center and tell them about different productsQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceMinimum 1-3 years in sales coordinationExcellent customer service and sales skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Google Suite & Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point), CRM and sales softwareWell-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
