Role Overview:

The HR Executive will be responsible for handling core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll assistance, performance management, and compliance. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support organizational HR strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases accurately.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Handle employee queries and provide HR support across departments.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and maintain related documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Prepare HR-related reports for management review.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as HR Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRMS tools.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
