Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commie 2 at jüSTa Hotels & Resorts, located in Bhuj. The Commie 2 will assist senior chefs in preparing and presenting food dishes according to the hotel standards, ensuring that all kitchen operations run smoothly. Daily tasks include preparing ingredients, managing stock inventory, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety standards, and assisting in menu planning and development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in food preparation and basic cooking techniques
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
• Flexibility to work in shifts and handle multiple tasks
• Relevant certifications in culinary arts or related fields are beneficial
• Previous experience in hospitality or fine dining is a plus
