Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Accounts & Admin Executive (Female) with 35 years of experience. The candidate should have good communication skills, the ability to send out proposals, and manage day-to-day office tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle routine office administration and daily operational tasks.
- Prepare, draft, and send out business proposals.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams when required.
- Support accounts-related activities as needed.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in an Accounts/Admin role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Preferred Attributes:
- Female candidate with a professional and presentable personality.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
