IR & EHS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

 Support HR operations including payroll, recruitment, on boarding, benefits, and

employee queries.

 Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.

 Handle employee relations, grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

 Provide guidance to management on HR, labor, and employee engagement matters.

 Develop and implement OHS policies, conduct safety audits, and risk assessments.

 Investigate workplace incidents, ensure corrective actions, and maintain safety

equipment.

 Organize training, awareness sessions, and safety drills.

 Liaise with government authorities and external inspectors for compliance.

Skills & Competencies:

 Strong knowledge of labor laws & workplace safety regulations.

 Proficiency in HR operations, compliance, and administration.

 Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

 Ability to resolve conflicts and conduct investigations.

 Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

 Proficiency in MS Office and safety management systems.

Technical Knowledge:

 Proficiency in risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety management

systems.

 Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and compliance.

 Proficient in MS Office and HR administration software.

Qualification – MBA/MPM/BBA/MSW & Diploma in Safety or in Labour law will be plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
