About Us:
Trivoid Electronics Pvt. Ltd. is rapidly scaling its B2B sales operations , targeting a ₹6-8 crore monthly turnover as part of our IPO preparation. We specialize in B2B sales across dealers, corporate clients, and government agencies. To support our growing sales efforts, we're looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to manage key accounts, sales data, and operational support for the sales team. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and have experience in sales coordination & key account management, this is the role for you
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operations Management – Support the sales team in handling key accounts, lead distribution, and sales reporting
Key Account Coordination – Maintain strong relationships with high-value corporate and dealer clients
CRM & Data Management – Ensure accurate tracking of sales pipelines, customer interactions, and deal progress
Sales Support & Documentation – Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
Performance Monitoring – Track sales targets, incentive programs, and prepare weekly/monthly reports
Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with finance, marketing, and operations teams to streamline sales processes
Process Optimization – Identify and implement ways to improve sales efficiency and customer experience
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of experience in sales coordination, key accounts management, or B2B sales support
Strong proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and data analytics
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in electronics/hardware B2B sales support is a plus
