Job Summary :We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager to oversee HR Operations, Data Management, Compliance and Payroll. This role involves managing end-to-end HR Operations, Data Management, payroll Data Management, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and supporting HR compliance processes to enhance organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
HR Operations :Manage employee data in HR systems and ensure it is up-to-date and accurate.Handle employee Background verifications, exit formalitiesAssist in managing employee benefits, including insurance, leave policies, and reimbursements.Monitor compliance with labor laws and company policies.Support HR initiatives such as performance reviews, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
Payroll Management :Coordinate Global and Regional Finance team for regular end-to-end payroll processing, including salary computation, deductions, and disbursement.Ensure compliance with statutory laws such as PF, ESI, TDS, and gratuity.Reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and generate accurate payroll reports.Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data confidentiality.
Team Collaboration :Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and department heads.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior HR and payroll staff.Address and resolve employee queries related to payroll and HR policies.
Qualifications :a Minimum Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.6-8 years of experience in payroll management and HR operations.Strong understanding of HR management systems (e.g., UKG, Zoho,Workday, ).Knowledge of labor laws and statutory regulations in payroll management.
Key Skills :Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.Proficient in MS Excel and other reporting tools.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
