Job Description for Associate Human Resource Specialist(HR L1)

The Associate Human Resource Specialist (HRL1) plays apivotal role in managing various HR functions to ensure smoothoperations within the organization. Responsible for recruitmentprocesses this individual oversees sourcing screening andparticipating in hiring decisions. Additionally they are entrustedwith maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases andorganizing training and development programs in collaboration withsenior management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Handle the recruitmentprocesses including sourcing and screeningcandidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews andparticipate in hiring decisions.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRdatabases.
  • Coordinate training and developmentprograms in collaboration with senior management such as humanresources manager admin manager etc.
  • Organizing and maintaining documents ofyour existing employees
  • Organize and maintain the office filingsystem
  • Able to manage team assist front officestaff in maintaining the office premises
  • Must have good knowledge of Google DocsGoogle Sheets Google Slides
  • Can post jobs in different portals and canhire team members.
  • Leave and attendancemanagement

Requirements
  • A bachelors degreein Human Resources Business Administration or a related field wouldadd an advantage to your profile.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes andrecruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills with adynamic personality
