Experience Level: 2–3 yearsMagic Spangle Studios is looking for a versatile animation generalist who can bring complex ideas to life through engaging explainer videos. If you’re passionate about creating high-quality storytelling visuals and can handle end-to-end animation workflows, we’d love to have you on our team. Key ResponsibilitiesConceptualize and create explainer videos from script to final delivery.Handle the complete animation pipeline including storyboarding, illustration, animation, editing, sound design and final output.Work on 2 D animation, motion graphics, typography, character animation and visual effects depending on project needs.Collaborate with the creative team to understand client requirements and deliver visually compelling narratives.Stay updated on the latest animation trends, techniques and software to enhance production quality. Required Skills & ExpertiseStrong proficiency in industry-standard tools: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Cinema4 D/Blender (optional but preferred).Ability to work on storyboarding, illustration, motion graphics, character rigging & animation, transitions and compositing.Solid understanding of visual storytelling, design principles, color theory, and sound integration.Experience in explainer videos for corporates, NGOs, development sector, or advertising will be an added advantage.Self-driven, creative, and able to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision. Eligibility CriteriaBachelor’s degree/diploma in Animation, Design, Multimedia, or related field.Proven portfolio of explainer animation videos across different industries.Full-time availability only (not open for part-time/freelance).
