**Position:**Recruitment Executive **Shift Timing:**10:00 AM 06:30 PM **Working Days:** 6 Days aWeek (Monday to Saturday) **Training:** 1Day training only **Salary:**CommissionBased/Target based for the first 3 months Post that aFixed Salary. 15 to 21k in hand. **LanguagesRequired:** English and Hindi (Both)**Joining Date:** Coming Monday/Wednesday
**Requirements:**A laptop and WiFi connection. An alternativeSIM/number for candidate calls. A compatiblephone for call recording. Experience in BPOHiring is a must. No Freshers/ITRecruiters.
**Responsibilities:**Conduct interviews over the phone. Usevarious recruiting methods like jobadvertising/posting. Source candidates fromdatabases social media etc. Post a Job onvarious portals >> Take Interview on calls>> Align the interview in the company>> Follow up with them till the joiningdate.
