Key Responsibilities :

1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document functional requirements.

- Analyze business processes and map them to D365 capabilities.

2. Solution Design & Implementation :

- Design end-to-end solutions within D365, ensuring alignment with business needs.

- Configure D365 modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Engagement) to meet specific business requirements.

- Develop and maintain customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations using Power Platform, X++, C#, and Azure technologies.

3. Technical Development & Integration :

- Build integrations with third-party applications using tools like Logic Apps, Dataverse, and Azure Services.

- Implement and manage data migrations between legacy systems and D365.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with support teams.

4. Testing & Deployment :

- Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Prepare deployment plans and support go-live activities.

5. Post-Implementation Support :

- Provide training to end-users and create detailed user guides.

- Monitor system performance and ensure continuous :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience :

- 5+ years of experience with D365 implementations (Finance and Operations, Customer Engagement, or other modules).

- Proven experience in both technical and functional roles in Dynamics environments.

- Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in D365 customization and development using X++, JavaScript, C#, and .NET.

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services and integration methodologies.

- Experience with data management frameworks and SQL Server.

Functional Skills :

- Solid understanding of ERP/CRM processes such as finance, supply chain, sales, and customer service.

- Knowledge of industry-specific solutions and best practices.

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., Functional Consultant, Developer, or Solution Architect).

- Experience in agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

- Exposure to multi-tenant and cloud-based architecture.
