Job Description

We are seeking a MAWM Consultant – Configurator & Integration Specialist with proven expertise in Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) . The role involves configuration, implementation, and integration of MAWM in enterprise warehouse and supply chain environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring MAWM workflows and ensuring successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement MAWM modules as per business and warehouse requirements.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, system design, configuration, integration, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth MAWM rollout and integration with ERP/WMS/host systems.
  • Provide troubleshooting and support for MAWM configurations and integrations.
  • Document system configurations, workflows, and technical processes.
  • Contribute to proactive improvements and best practices in MAWM usage.

Qualification & Certification

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with MAWM configuration and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse processes (inbound, outbound, inventory, slotting, order fulfillment).
  • Knowledge of integration strategies with ERP, WCS, or host systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proactive knowledge and hands-on experience with MAWM optimizations.
  • Exposure to multi-site or multi-country MAWM/WMS implementations.
  • Experience with SQL, APIs, and WMS integration.
  • Familiarity with performance tuning and monitoring in MAWM.
