About the Role:The successful Senior Level Mobile/React Native Developer will join our existing Development Team and play an integral role in the expansion of our business. This is an excellent opportunity that will give you the chance to work on the future of the video industry and grow your career with us. You will be a natural leader that enjoys mentoring/training junior developers, be comfortable taking the lead and making decisions, be a natural, creative thinker, and possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities:

Take ownership of technical architecture, coding, and development standardsProduce high quality, re-usable code, and ensure best practices are followed by the team you leadCreate new and enhance existing features and code according to requirementsTake the lead in Sprint Planning and Retrospective sessionsWork closely with the product management team to produce accurate estimates and clarificationEnsure the production of design artifacts, as well as the creation of accurate documentation.

Required Experience:

At least 3 - 8 years experience deploying React Native front-end with

Android .Good knowledge with Kotlin (Android).Strong experience of Javascript and TypeScriptExperience using REST APIs.Knowledge of common debug and optimization techniques in mobile programmingKnowledge of common usability principles related to mobile programmingExperience working in Agile/Remote teamsExcellent communication skills

Bonus skills (But not a deal breaker):Experience deploying apps in a multi-tenant way, as that makes deployment & rollout trickier (e.g. Different graphics/assets etc.)
