The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Roles & Responsibilities: Develop methods and process to perform the design assessment of non-conformities Drive technical excellence Responsible for quality of the deliverables to customer Design validation. Technical queries resolution to the team members Implementation of modification and changes Drive continuous process improvement. Develop next level reviewers and technical experts Support technical proposal preparations Guide, mentor the team to perform measurement and Analysis of internal/external defects. Required Skills (Technical Competency): Design assessment with specific knowledge and experience of Aerostructures specific Design Principles and Practices. Good understanding of the manufacturing build sequence. Thorough understanding of the Design life cycle Strong product knowledge on Wings, Fuselage and High lift components Experience in mentoring and coaching the engineers. Very strong working Knowledge of regulatory requirements Competence in composite and metallic design Thorough knowledge of different non conformities during the manufacturing Drawing reading Experience with tracking and reporting. Desired Skills: Basic understanding of the stress analysis Foreign language (French/ German)
