Job Description / Responsibilities:
Seeking a dynamic professional with expertise in construction materials, especially building materials. Key responsibilities include defining material requirements, identifying and negotiating with suppliers, managing procurement contracts, ensuring timely delivery, vendor management, budget control, documentation, and follow-ups. Strong negotiation and leadership skills required.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate in Civil Engineering or related field with 1012+ years of experience in reputed construction organizations. Must be self-driven, detail-oriented, and proficient in planning, documentation, vendor management, computers, and English communication.
Desired Work Experience:
- Minimum: 7 years
- Maximum: No limit
Compensation: Best in industry, based on experience and performance
