Offering services such as development, redevelopment, manufacturing of aggregates, and ready-mix concrete, Sai Swami embraces innovation in green construction practices.Responsibilities:Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.Lead the overall site execution strategy in coordination with architects, consultants, and stakeholders.Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of multiple civil works simultaneously.Review structural drawings and design specifications; suggest value engineering and cost-saving solutions.Maintain oversight of budgeting, billing, and contractor performance.Provide daily updates and progress reports to the principal architect and client through charts, emails, and reports.Stay on-site during the entire construction period, overseeing project execution and resolving on-the-ground issues.Ensure safety protocols are followed and manage site logistics.Train and mentor junior engineers and site supervisors.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil EngineeringMust have a Minimum of 6 years of on-site experienceMust be ready to join our full-time office at Vasai Road.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, designs, and specifications.Strong problem-solving skills for resolving on-site issues effectivelyAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Should have an understanding on working in CAD software.What we offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work on innovative and impactful development projects.A collaborative and dynamic work environment.Professional development and growth opportunities.
