Qualifications required to join our team,

o   1-2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in branding, packaging, digital media, and social media content.

o   Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.

o   Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout design.

o   Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o   Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and multitask effectively.

You will be responsible for,

o   Leading the conceptualization and execution of visually stunning designs that align with project objectives and requirements, across a range of platforms such as print, digital, and social media.

o   Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, strategy & design teams, to understand design briefs, deliver exceptional designs, and exceed project expectations.

o   Providing direction and mentorship to junior designers, fostering their growth and development while maintaining a high standard of design excellence across the team.

o   Managing multiple projects concurrently, balancing competing priorities and deadlines, while upholding meticulous attention to detail and consistently delivering flawless output.
