Position Overview -

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Senior Associate Videographer to join our team. This role requires a skilled professional with a strong eye for detail, storytelling abilities, and a passion for crafting compelling video content tailored for the retail, apparel, and eCommerce industries. As a Senior Associate Videographer, you will be responsible for bringing our brand’s vision to life through high-quality video content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities -

- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging video content for various platforms, including social media, eCommerce websites, and marketing campaigns.- Ensure videos align with brand guidelines, tone, and overall objectives.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop video concepts, scripts, and storyboards.- Scout locations, manage production schedules, and organize shoot logistics.- Operate professional-grade video equipment, ensuring optimal lighting, sound, and composition during shoots.- Direct on-set activities, including styling, props, and talent coordination.- Stay updated on video trends, new equipment, and industry best practices.- Experiment with new video techniques to keep the brand ahead of the curve.- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on project progress and updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field.- 4 years of experience in videography, with a focus on retail, apparel, or eCommerce content.- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their video requirements.- Experience in shooting with professional cameras, lighting setups, and sound equipment.- Excellent storytelling skills and an eye for design and aesthetics.- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing tight deadlines.
