About the Role:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives in a cross-functional role, working collaboratively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects. This role is integral to maintaining smooth project workflows, managing diverse marketing initiatives, and driving results in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management:

Oversee and coordinate multiple projects across teams to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.

Use project management tools to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and resolve issues promptly.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment of goals and expectations.

Work closely with teams in outbound marketing, performance marketing, SEO, and design to deliver cohesive marketing campaigns.

- Marketing Operations:

Support marketing initiatives by ensuring smooth execution of campaigns.

Contribute to strategy, execution, and optimization of digital marketing projects.

- Client Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and insights.

Ensure client feedback is incorporated into project workflows.

- Tool Utilization:

Use modern project management tools like Slack, Teams, Excel, Presentation and others

Leverage digital marketing tools such as Moz, Google Analytics and Search console, HubSpot, SEMrush, or Canva for campaign execution and reporting.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.- 2-5 years of experience in B2B setup, with a proven track record in leading successful marketing operations.- Basic to intermediate understanding of marketing, outbound campaigns, performance marketing, SEO, and design principles.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.- Proficiency in project management and digital marketing tools.- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.- A self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.- Stay at the forefront of evolving SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices, driving innovation and continuously refining strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
